A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Black Factory is an early alpha build of a survival horror game inspired by classic PS1-era visuals and atmosphere.

Explore the eerie factory corridors, find keycards, and evade a procedurally animated spider stalking you. The game combines:

  • A functional inventory system

  • Objective tracking

  • Flashlight with drain mechanic

  • Locked gates

  • Basic AI spider controlled via NavMesh

  • X-ray vision and shader effects for a unique horror experience

This project was created to sharpen programming skills and understand the full game shipping pipeline.
